Our objective with any piece of technical writing is to convey complex information in an easy to understand format; always considering the customer who might be using a product or service for the first time.
Sometimes this is easily achieved from your own explanation or draft documentation, but often a better result can be obtained if we are able to use the product or system ourselves before we can start. We can also provide feedback on any aspects of the product that are not working as intended and have frequently discovered hidden software bugs or issues, enabling them to be fixed before production.
Some things are easier to explain than others
Technical writing at its best should be able to explain complex operations in a clear and understandable format. Obviously, some things are easier to explain than others but with our experience, having previously worked across a range of products and systems for a number of years, we are able to deliver the required result to time, even if the project is of an urgent nature.
Illustrations can form a large part of a technical document and we can either use content provided by you or create new illustrations.
