It’s no good getting the document you need if you can’t put it where you want it. You might want it in a box with a product, in a folder at a meeting, on a website, in an email and so the list goes on. We can provide your documents in whatever format you need.
Printed
The printed document is still very much alive and kicking! While you may be trying to reduce waste there are occasions when the only thing that will do is a physical printed document.
Electronic
The standard for electronic documents is PDF as they can be read on virtually any device from a desktop computer down to mobile phone. The obvious advantages of using an electronic document is that you save on printing costs and the document is easily distributed. It’s not uncommon now that user manuals and other relevant documents are provided on the sellers website for download and hyperlinks to aid simple and quick navigation can be included within this type of file.
eBook
eBooks are documents that can be read on an eReader such as a Kindle or a tablet device (iPad, Samsung tablet ect). We can output documents in the EPUB format in either a fixed layout or Reflowable format. The fixed layout allows the formatting (layout) to be retained while Reflowable allows text size to be increased which can be helpful if the document is being read on a small screen. The disadvantage of Reflowable is that formatting cannot be retained.
