Once copy editing is complete, we output the file as a PDF and send it to you. Comments and corrections can be made, and the file returned to us so we can update the document.
Using a PDF ensures there is a shared record and all amendments can be tracked.
Once this process is complete, we can move on to the next stage, which is proofing the document.
